Please read the following information carefully before clicking the "Continue" link at the bottom of the page to begin your registration process. Also, have your credit card information ready and complete all information requested.

Registration Fee

• Individual registration - $125
• Vendor registration - $300 (includes one individual registration)
  
  The first 30 attendees that register with a younger worker (individual under 30, affiliated with their organization or not) will receive a $25 reduction of their registration fee. Additionally, the younger worker will be allowed to attend the Summit free of charge. To qualify for this special offer, you must call 877-733-3618 ext. 1.

• Cancellation policy

  Written cancellations received on or before April 30, 2008 will receive a full refund. After April 30, 2008 and on or before May 23, 2008, a 50% refund will be processed.
