Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities
Creating a positive environment for the independence and employment of people with disabilities is the primary focus of the Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities (GCEPD). For more information, please click on the above title.

State Rehabilitation Council
The State Rehabilitation Council's (SRC) mission is to review, analyze and advise the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation in the delivery of effective rehabilitation services which lead to employment for individuals with disabilities. In partnership with VR, SRC is also charged with advancing the use of resources necessary to promote the independence of Wyoming's citizens with disabilities. State Independent Living Council
The State Independent Living Council (SILC) was organized in 1986 by Congress to address the statewide independent living needs of individuals with significant disabilities. The Council gathers information on and prioritizes needs of persons with significant disabilities in Wyoming. The SILC jointly with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation develop a State Plan for Independent Living to deliver effective IL services to individuals with disabilities. Telecommunications Relay Service Advisory Committee
The Telecommunications Relay Service Advisory Committee advises the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as to the administration of the telecommunication relay service also known as Wyoming Relay. Wyoming Relay provides telephone access to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind or speech disabled. For more information, please click on the above title.

Regional Service Providers of Wyoming
Regional Service Providers (RSP) of Wyoming is a professional organization dedicated to helping its associates in providing services to Wyoming's citizens with disabilities. Members of RSP are non-profit entities who work within the community to ensure individuals with disabilities have an opportunity to achieve their highest level of economic and social independence. Wyoming Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee
The JATC works with contractors throughout the State of Wyoming to provide on-the-job training. The JATC program has trained hundreds of Wyoming workers to become licensed Journeymen electricians since it’s creation. For more information, please click on the above title.

Wyoming Integrated Systems Technology Council
Wyoming Integrated Systems Technology (WYIST) programs cross-train individuals in electrical, electronic and mechanical systems. Graduates leave with entry-level knowledge of operating, troubleshooting and maintaining the high-tech equipment found in today's manufacturing environments. Wyoming Statewide Independent Living Council
The mission of the Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) is to increase people's knowledge of the rights of individuals with disabilities, and to reach out to the general population and the disability community in order to increase collaboration among the SILC, the independent living centers, and other service providers. Wyoming Workforce Alliance
The Wyoming Workforce Alliance (WWA) was formed in the Fall of 2002 to improve the access to short-term training, develop the competencies and work-readiness skills that Wyoming's workers need to obtain employment and advance in today's job market, and respond to employer's need for qualified employees to successfully operate their businesses. Wyoming Workforce Development Council
The Wyoming Workforce Development Council (WWDC) was created by Executive Order 1998-1 and the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The council is responsible for creating a workforce development system that serves the needs of all Wyoming residents, students and employers by integrating economic development, training, education and employment opportunities.
